Summer Youth 4C Elite Program – ESL Facilitator Recruitment 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced ESL facilitators for our intensive summer youth program in Zhuhai City Centre. The program runs across four 10-day sessions, focusing on developing comprehensive English skills for students aged 12–17 through dynamic, activity-based learning.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience in a total English immersion environment
• Native English speaker from an English-speaking country
• Age: 23–50
• Clear pronunciation with ability to adjust speaking pace for different proficiency levels
• Skilled at explaining concepts in simple, logical ways
• Experienced in organizing diverse classroom activities and fostering positive learning atmospheres
• Outgoing personality with rich life experiences to share with young learners
Program Schedule
• Training: July 9–11, 2026 (mandatory, included in allowance)
• Session 1: July 13–22 (Intake: July 12)
• Session 2: July 25–August 3 (Intake: July 24)
• Session 3: August 6–15 (Intake: August 5)
• Session 4: August 18–27 (Intake: August 17)
• Teaching Hours: 5 hours/day, approximately 50 hours per session
• Class Hours: Mostly scheduled between 9:00–17:00
Compensation & Benefits
• Session Allowance: RMB 6,500 per session
• Completion Bonus: RMB 7,350 for successfully completing all 4 sessions
• Total Earnings: RMB 33,350
• Accommodation: Free private room (either in a shared apartment or standard hotel room)
• Meals: Most meals provided during training and program sessions (breakfast not included)
