Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Manufacturing domain processes, SAP ECC/BW, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams by translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications and enabling data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong Manufacturing domain experience including Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Plant Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP BW for reporting, analytics, and business process understanding.
• Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories, UAT).
• Experience with Data Analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Good understanding of SQL, ETL, Data Mapping, Data Validation, and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with Data Engineering, BI, and cross-functional business teams on reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
Snowflake / Azure / AWS / Databricks exposure
ERP modernization or data transformation programs
Agile methodology experience
