Position: Oracle HCM Business Analyst
Location: USA (Remote)
Work Authorization: US Citizens | Green Card Holders | H4 EAD | L2 EAD | OPT/CPT | GC EAD
Compensation: $55 $75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance
• Support data loads, conversions, and integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and other tools
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize business processes and implement system enhancements
• Assist in system testing (SIT/UAT), releases, and patch updates
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides
• Support HR reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher
