Physician‑Led, Multispecialty Practice | Adult Primary Care Excellence
Kelsey‑Seybold Clinic , part of the Optum family, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our established, collaborative multispecialty practices throughout the Houston area .
This role offers the opportunity to practice adult primary care in a fully integrated system , supported by specialty access, advanced diagnostics, and a care model designed to let physicians focus on patient relationships and quality outcomes.
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from approximately $230,000 to $380,000 , inclusive of base salary and bonus, and is based on experience, productivity, and market factors. Physicians are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, 401(k) contributions, equity stock purchase options, and additional benefits (subject to eligibility).
