Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in AI/ML model development, deployment, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable machine learning solutions, implementing MLOps/LLMOps practices, and working with cloud-based data platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of modern AI frameworks, cloud ecosystems, and production-grade model deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Generative AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Develop production-ready machine learning pipelines and automate model deployment processes.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps best practices for model monitoring, governance, scalability, and lifecycle management.
• Work with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS and Snowflake for large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Ensure model reliability, scalability, and security in production environments.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Experience working with Generative AI frameworks and technologies.
• Expertise in TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and production deployment.
• Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka or other data streaming technologies.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads.
