Position – Crater/Loader
Job Location – Sheboygan
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:30am – 4:00pm Mon - Thurs)
Starting Pay – $18.00

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Crater/Loaders are responsible for proper crating and loading of completed projects.
Responsibilities
- Build shipping crates for products
-Loading trucks/trailers while optimizing space for shipment
-Read & understand blueprints, drawings and written & verbal instructions
-Assemble boxes and crates
-Read and understand shipping schedule
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficient with computers to read shipping schedule and loading picutres
-Able to use hand tools and read tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs individually, over 50lbs team lift on occasion
- Ability to walk and stand duration of the shift
