Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Hana.
• Strong comprehension of manufacturing processes, production planning, and warehouse operations.
• Practical experience with SAP modules including EWM, MM, WM, PP, and SD.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and documentation skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of third-party logistics systems integration.
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for resolving issues.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process enhancement.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external individuals.
• Exceptional customer service skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication proficiency.
• Capable of interacting with personnel at all levels in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

• Collaborate with various business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements for SAP S4 Hana and associated manufacturing processes.
• Design and refine workflows for warehouse and production operations within SAP.
• Assist with the configuration of SAP modules and integrations (EWM, MM, WM, SD, PP).
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest solutions to enhance system functionality and business processes.
• Create functional specifications for system enhancements, working closely with developers and SAP consultants.
• Carry out system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP modules and manufacturing-related issues.
• Serve as a technical expert on warehouse and production processes.
• Demonstrate company values consistently in daily activities.
• Maintain effective work relationships within the department, organization, and community.
• Ensure professional competence and knowledge required for satisfactory performance of all assigned activities.
