Position: Business Analyst

Location: Local to Austin TX, hybrid

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering across multiple workstreams, partnering with business and IT stakeholders
• Drive and document current-state and future-state business process mapping
• Translate complex stakeholder input into clear, structured documentation and actionable insights
• Develop "good / better / best" solution scenarios to support decision-making and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment across initiatives and dependencies
• Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into cohesive, decision-ready deliverables
• Support discovery workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder interviews
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned to program objectives and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise IT environments
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and business process modeling
• Experience supporting ERP initiatives (SAP or similar preferred)
• Proven ability to operate in discovery / strategy phases of large programs
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business needs into structured outputs
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal oversight
• Experience in retail and/or eCommerce environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with platforms such as SAP and Salesforce
• Exposure to digital transformation, modernization, or enterprise architecture initiatives
• Experience supporting data strategy, governance, or AI readiness efforts
