Position: Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and provide administrative and clerical support to our team and clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, documents, and other digital files
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist in creating and maintaining client databases
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Monitor and respond to social media and email inquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
- Availability to work full-time during regular business hours (9am-5pm EST)
