Job Description

As an RIS site manager you will be the on-site extension of the local HR team. You will do everything from recruiting, payroll, coaching, and engagement. This individual needs to be comfortable with having constructive conversations and cold calling in order to recruit and meet the clients needs in the best way possible.

salary: $47,840 - $52,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

- Maintaining regular communciation with key client contacts on expanding market share while providing services to the highest standard

- Recruiting: Develop and manage a pipeline aliging with the clients needs on a daily basis

- Selection: Perform the hiring process for all new starts

Retention: Active employee engagement to ensure employees are having a positive experience and want to continue employment
