RN- Med Surg| Per Diem

• RN- Med Surg
• Location: York, Chambersburg PA
• Type: PRN/Per - Diem/ Par Time
• Shift: Day/ Nights
• Eligibility Criteria: 2 years of MS/Tele, Telemetry Oncology, ER Holding experience.

Requirements:

• Resume ( Minimum 2+ year of RN Med Surg experience ).
• Skills checklist
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Driver's license
• Covid Card
• Flu shot.
• Accepting PA license

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Provide pre- and post-operative care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Coordinate care with physicians and care team
• Perform wound care and dressing changes
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
