Recruiting Coordinator - Woburn, MA


We are seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator position with a leading telecommunications company located in Woburn, MA. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Human Resources team and help drive the organization’s talent acquisition efforts across the business. This role will provide day-to-day recruiting support to various business units by assisting with the identification, coordination, and onboarding of both external and internal talent. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience within a professional setting.


This is a 6-month contract position that will pay $30-31/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position offers a hybrid work model, onsite 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week in Woburn, MA.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full interview scheduling process, including phone, video, and onsite interviews for recruiters and hiring teams, as well as related meetings and debrief sessions.

  • Partner with the TA Program Manager to support campus recruiting initiatives through career fairs, networking events, and internship and entry-level talent engagement efforts.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the summer internship program alongside business leaders and HR Business Partners.

  • Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, scheduling updates, and status follow-ups via phone and email.

  • Maintain and update job descriptions, compensation details, and recruiting data across internal systems.

  • Support the TA Operations Manager with employee referral programs, recruitment marketing initiatives, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.

  • Provide recruiting support to Recruiters and Senior Recruiters as needed, including resume screening, candidate prescreen interviews, and recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Process invoices and purchase orders related to Talent Acquisition and HR activities, including agency fees, candidate travel, training programs, and additional recruiting expenses.

  • Maintain reporting and analytics for the Talent Acquisition team, including recurring and ad hoc reports.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and contribute to a positive onboarding experience for incoming employees.

  • Coordinate internal recruiting activities to ensure internal applicants receive a professional and engaging candidate experience.

  • Assist with additional Talent Acquisition and HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.

  • 1-2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting coordination experience preferred.

  • Prior experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple business functions or disciplines is highly preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of an organization.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
