Position: Psychology Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $70$78/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author review and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on psychology problems.
• Produce original problem sets grounded in experimental designs statistical plots and behavioral data figures.
• Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
• Provide clear structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in Psychology PsyD or MS in Psychology with 3 years clinical research or applied experience.
• BA/BS in Psychology with 5 years applied research clinical support or teaching experience.
• Working fluency in at least two of: cognitive clinical developmental social biological psychology.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting experimental designs statistical plots and behavioral data figures.
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
