We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pastry Cook to join our team. This role is central to daily production, working alongside the Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of product quality, consistency, and kitchen organization.

Arquet is looking for a motivated culinary professional to join our team! We are looking for someone we can develop personal and long-term relationships with and wants to be an integral part of a growing restaurant.
Essential Functions:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Provides a quality product that is timely, fresh, and meets our standards
-Ensures proper and consistent production of all food products at all times
-Maintains clean and sanitary food preparation and storage areas at all times in accordance with state and local sanitation requirements and codes
-Exemplify leadership qualities that build a cohesive team, motivates the kitchen staff, and helps to achieve the restaurant's goals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-One years of experience in restaurants, tasting menu experience a plus
-Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively both written & oral
-Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines
