M/S RN 5th floor - 12 hr nights - Appleton, WI
**CLINICAL INTERVIEW SERVICES**
*PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 mile radius of Corporate Center in Neenah, WI*

Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs
Shift start times: 530p
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Weekends: Every other
Holidays: As needed
Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, Floating To all Facilities within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS
Minimum 3+ years RN experience REQUIRED
Minimum 2+ years MS experience REQUIRED
Charting Experience: EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Primary Cases: GI, GI drips, Urology, PCAs, NGs, Vascular, Ortho
Required Skillset: Experience with surgical patients REQUIRED
Patient Ratios: 1:5-1:6
Scrub Colors: Black
No New Travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
8hr unbillable orientation
Billing: Sunday - Saturday
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
