We are actively hiring an outgoing, career-driven Junior Marketing Assistant & Brand Ambassador to join our expanding team immediately. Our events portfolio continues to grow, and due to increased client demand, we are expanding our team to support upcoming marketing campaigns and live promotional activations. Position Overview

As a Junior Marketing Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you will represent client brands at live events and community activations while learning full-cycle campaign execution and event operations. This role is designed to build foundational skills in marketing strategy, customer engagement, and event coordination , preparing you for long-term career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client and company brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at live events
• Engage directly with the public through face-to-face marketing and promotional outreach
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Support marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and community outreach initiatives
• Learn all aspects of event marketing and brand promotion for future leadership roles
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign execution

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident in face-to-face interactions
• Customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
• Willingness to travel locally to event locations
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
