Job Description:
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in platform ownership, product management, or enterprise collaboration solutions
Strong experience delivering secure, client facing digital platforms in regulated environments
Demonstrated understanding of:
B2C and B2B digital experiences
Document management and collaboration platforms (Box preferred)
Information security and data privacy concepts
Experience working with risk, compliance, legal, and audit stakeholders
Strong ability to translate complex governance needs into intuitive user experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or banking
Hands on experience with Box.com Enterprise (or similar platforms such as SharePoint, OpenText)
Knowledge of:
Records management
Legal hold and eDiscovery
Retention schedules
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM, SSO, RBAC)
Experience driving enterprise platform adoption and change management
What Success Looks Like
Clients experience secure, simple, and transparent document collaboration
Bankers and advisors collaborate seamlessly with clients and internal teams
Manual email and link based document exchange is eliminated
