Job Description

A design firm that specializes in architecture, interiors, engineering, and planning is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to help them deliver innovative workplace, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare interiors by leading design development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and producing high-quality technical documentation in their Sacramento office.

Your Day Includes

• Designing workplace, healthcare, and manufacturing interiors from concept through construction documentation, including programming and space planning
• Producing accurate drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit to support coordinated project delivery
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent, alignment, and effective communication across all phases
• Managing project coordination tasks including scheduling, design development, and quality control to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Mentoring junior designers and contributing to a collaborative studio culture that supports growth and innovation

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 10–15 years of professional interior design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite; SketchUp and Enscape experience a plus
