Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants  by James Beard Award Winning and Michelin-Starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi  are now accepting applications for our Hostess opportunity within our acclaimed and celebrated restaurant, Sfoglina Pasta Housa, located in Rosslyn, Virginia. 

Sfoglina (pronounced "sfoal-yee-nah") is named for the female artisans and Italian cultural icons that carry on the tradition of rolling sheets of pasta by hand with a rolling pin, a technique passed through the generations. [ learn more about our Sfoglina restaurants by visiting: sfoglinapasta.com ]

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hosting experience in a upscale dining or upscale restaurant/luxury hotel preferred, excellent guest service skills will be considered in lieu of restaurant experience for the right candidate
• An appetite for providing memorable hospitality 
• Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure
• Gracious and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude
• Must have fall availability
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
