Salary: $150K - $200K + Competitive Equity

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing early-stage creator marketing startup based in New York City is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its lean, highly collaborative engineering team. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building consumer-facing products end-to-end, thrive in fast-moving startup environments, and want direct ownership over product development across web, mobile, and backend systems.

The company is building a platform that helps local businesses and creators collaborate through authentic, high-volume influencer campaigns. Engineers work closely with founders and cross-functional teammates to rapidly ship features, improve user experiences, and scale platform capabilities for both SMB and enterprise customers.

This is a highly hands-on role where engineers are expected to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and contribute across the full product stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features across web applications, mobile apps, and backend systems

• Develop scalable frontend experiences using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and business logic using Node.js

• Work on mobile product development across Flutter and native iOS environments

• Own and maintain third-party integrations, particularly social and creator platform APIs

• Build analytics dashboards and reporting features for business users and campaign performance tracking

• Contribute to App Store release processes and mobile deployment workflows

• Partner closely with founders and internal stakeholders to shape product direction and user experiences

• Develop flexible custom solutions for strategic enterprise customers while supporting ongoing product growth

• Operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and minimal oversight

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js

• Experience building and shipping customer-facing applications in startup or fast-paced environments

• Familiarity with mobile application development using Flutter and/or native iOS technologies

• Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations

• Strong product mindset with the ability to operate independently and solve ambiguous problems

• Ability to own features end-to-end from concept through deployment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills within small, cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Meta/Instagram APIs or creator/social platform integrations

• Background building consumer-facing, marketplace, or creator economy products

• Familiarity with UIKit and SwiftUI

• Experience shipping apps to the Apple App Store

• Strong design instincts and product UX awareness

• Personal projects, side projects, or portfolio work demonstrating technical curiosity and ownership

Additional Information

• Hybrid role based in SoHo, New York City (~3 days/week in office)

• Visa sponsorship may be considered on a case-by-case basis

• H-1B transfers may be feasible; new H-1B sponsorship is unlikely

• Candidates with strong startup ownership and consumer product experience will be prioritized
