The Director – Global Tax Policy, Global Government Affairs, will play a leading role developing and supporting public policy strategies that protect and improve Visa’s overall tax position in jurisdictions around the world. The position sits within Visa’s Policy Advisory group of the Global Government Affairs team and will require close collaboration with colleagues across the government affairs, legal, regulatory and global tax functions to help advance Visa’s tax policy priorities before foreign governments and international organizations. In particular, the role will serve as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues in market and global headquarters on global tax policy, including topics such as base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS), foreign income and value-added taxes, and digital services taxes. The position will report to the Vice President, Policy Advisory, Global Government Affairs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 173,100.00 to 276,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
