Position JOB PURPOSE: The Fine Jewelry & Timepiece (FJ&T) Regional Director is a business driver and liaison between the FJ&T Business Unit and the Retail teams to ensure that all FJ&T strategies and initiatives are executed.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of a stores' FJ&T business, which include, but are not limited to, sales and business execution, training and coaching, client development.
The FJ&T Regional Director is a role model and leader with an expertise in FJ&T retail sales and must solve problems, make informed decisions, and drive the retail teams in partnership with the leadership.
Job responsibilities Tasks and Responsibilities: - Travel to all assigned FJ&T stores to gain familiarity with the locations, market, teams, inventory, customer base, and ensure that programs are in place, branding is optimized, and business is running effectively.
- Partner closely with Regional VPs and Store leadership to drive performance of the FJ&T category and achieve annual sales target.
- Ensure each store has a 360 approach to FJ&T including product assortment, training, in-store client experience, operations, event.
- Support with floor coaching for retail leaders and sales associates to increase team engagement, identify growth opportunities and partner with Training team to build focused action plans and initiatives.
- Support and mentor a leadership team of FJT talents (Assistant Boutique Mangers for FJT and FJT Ambassadors) to scale implementation of initiatives
- Support and mentor Client Advisors in their client portfolio development, especially the Grand Vendeur community.
- Focus on developing the High Jewelry segments by ensuring the strategy is implemented in stores: training, orchestrate HJ viewings in store, lead HJ event appointment preparation, attend High Jewelry events, tandem sell as needed, and meet clients as brand ambassador.
- Partner very closely with Regional Client Relation Directors and Retail teams to establish client mapping for each boutique to grow and develop the High Jewelry business while building long term client loyalty.
- Monitor operational performance such as stock organization/availability, safe management, and use of selling tools, packaging etc.
Profile ADDITIONAL Tasks and Responsibilities: - Travel to all FJ&T events, locally and internationally, to meet and host clients, support top sellers in their appointments and achieving their sales goals
- Develop and directly manage a Regional Jewelry and Timepiece Sales Manager, responsible for both individual sales and regional performance, to boost specific strategic markets.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that appropriate stock and assortment levels are met.
- Be a market expert, identifying new opportunities to attract and retain clients, and provide regional insights to corporate partners into competitive landscape.
- Ensure that visual standards are being met, partner with visual team.
- Create a community of FJ&T leaders and sellers within the region.
- Partner with the Regional Director in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet the FJ&T business needs.
- Support with the on-boarding of new hires for FJ&T roles.

Requirements: - 7-8 years of retail store management, preferably in a FJ&T product setting.
- Proven track record presenting High Jewelry and selling to UHNW clients
- Ability to handle multi-million-dollar sales volume.
- Ability for frequent travel locally and internationally.
