Our client, a leading national retailer known for delivering trend-forward, accessible products across apparel and accessories, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to support presentation and fashion concept initiatives. This role focuses on bringing visual storytelling to life through compelling executive presentations and fashion-forward concepts that align with current industry trends. You’ll collaborate closely with senior design leadership and contribute to high-impact, customer-facing creative work. Job Description
In this role, you will play a key part in translating creative vision into impactful visual presentations that support business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience. You will work at the intersection of fashion, storytelling, and presentation design, helping to communicate seasonal concepts, product strategies, and brand direction to internal stakeholders. This position requires a balance of creative thinking, technical design skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Support the conceptual and stylistic direction of presentation creative and content, partnering with senior design leadership within Apparel & Accessories
  • Contribute to projects tied to limited-time offerings and front-of-store experiences, ensuring cohesive and visually engaging design execution
  • Develop and execute high-quality executive presentations that clearly communicate design direction and strategy
  • Translate fashion concepts into polished, visually compelling presentations that align with brand standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Interpret concept boards and fashion presentations, ensuring accurate and impactful visual representation
  • Stay current on fashion trends, industry insights, and emerging design techniques to inform creative work
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external partners to support design execution
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of apparel design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with fashion or retail-focused design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Mac-based design tools
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of apparel and accessories design within a retail environment
  • Understanding of fashion concept development and presentation execution
  • Strong awareness of current fashion trends and consumer preferences
  • Demonstrated ability to work with speed and agility while maintaining quality
  • Experience presenting creative work to stakeholders or leadership teams
